thrufour™ slim is laser cut from Maple Plywood (Poplar Core), hand sanded to a smooth finish and hand finished with Natural Beeswax to seal and protect your puzzles.

How to Play
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Cancellation:
If after placing your order you decide you no longer wish to order the item then please let us know as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order and will need to request a return.
Refunds:
If within 30 days of receiving your order you are not happy with it for any reason then we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
- Please email us at williamandricca@yahoo.com with your refund request (within 30 days of receiving your order).
- Simply return the undamaged item(s) in its original packaging (at your own expense).
- Once we receive your item(s) in original condition we will issue a full refund.
Replacement:
If within 30 days of receiving your order you discover a defect that you are not happy with we will be happy to offer a replacement.
- Simply email us at williamandricca@yahoo.com with your request including a description of the defect along with images of the defect if possible.
- Once we receive your email request and replacement has been approved we will email you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for replacement.
